Good comments on the eternal type-A challenge. I find consistent sleep one of the keys to well-being, and difficult!

Don't count on me for Karaoke, but I would definitely like to play more Wii! I've struggled with many of the same things that you're talking about. I agree with you on the desk in a separate room thing though - I've always been a laptop on the coffee table while watching TV kind of guy because I felt like I could mult-task and do everything. The problem is that I'm never completely disconnected. I've got a reputation for always being on and available which has helped me in my career, but has killed the "work-life balance." I just got a new phone too, an HTC Diamond Touch, which I plan on using to help make my home life a little more, umm...home. I'm going to come home, do the work that I need to do at my desk in the other room, but when that's done, I'm going to rely solely on the phone the rest of the night. I'll drop a tweet, or respond quickly to an email, but the real work will have to start waiting until tomorrow. I have to realize that no, the world will not end if I can't answer an email in the next five minutes!

Great post - and please keep us updated on how things are progressing!
