		<description>Great post Andrea - I find it ironic that writing and maintaining this blog, you&#039;re adding another task to your plate, as am I.  It&#039;s difficult balancing what you HAVE to do with what you WANT to do and that&#039;s just at work!  Add in family and personal responsibilities, and it&#039;s impossible to do everything all the time.  I suffer from HOLI too, but have to trust that I&#039;ve built up enough people behind me to ensure that that information isn&#039;t lost just because I haven&#039;t touched it.  Good luck to you and I do appreciate your taking the time to blog - it&#039;s time-consuming, I know, but it&#039;s also helpful to many of us in similar situations.</description>
